Newmedix

"October 2025 was our best month for conversions to date. We had
too many leads, so we had to pause paid ads. And in November
2025 we’re on track to break our conversion record."

Newmedix

Summary

Newmedix operates in a highly trust-sensitive medical niche, serving both local Dutch audiences and international users in English. Their services were strong, their positioning clear, and the business was ready to scale, but their organic visibility did not reflect the quality of what they offered.

They needed medical SEO that could do two things at once: grow qualified traffic from non-branded medical searches in two languages, and turn that visibility into consistent, credible conversions.

Four months later, organic search became one of their most important growth channels—strong enough to reduce reliance on paid advertising.

Main KPIs
  • +117% AI traffic in 4 months

Context

Medical SEO is one of the hardest verticals to win because the content is technical, standards are strict, and trust is everything. Patients and decision-makers do not just want information—they want certainty.

For Newmedix, success required building that complete system in Dutch and English, without diluting intent between languages.

The challenge

icon5-baja-visibilidad
Low non-branded visibility in medical searches

High-intent queries in Dutch and English were not reaching the site. They were only ranking for branded searches.

icon3
Unoptimized multilingual structure

The site had a presence in two languages but without intent separation, which created overlap and missed opportunities in both markets.

icon6-conversiones
Few conversions despite existing demand

The product was ready to sell. The issue was not the offer, but that the organic channel was not bringing it to the people searching for it.

icon7-IA
Untapped AI search

ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity already influence how patients and decision-makers find medical providers. Newmedix had no presence in any of them.

The solution

01 . Technical medical SEO (multilingual foundation)
  • Indexing and crawl cleanup by language.
  • Clear medical services architecture in Dutch and English.
  • Hreflang alignment and intent separation to prevent cannibalization.
  • Performance improvements and Core Web Vitals.
  • Structured data and a clean page hierarchy so AI search engines can read and summarize the site accurately.
  • Page structure aligned with real medical search journeys.
  • Strong E-E-A-T signals: credibility, experience, proof.
  • Conversion-focused CTAs placed where intent peaks.
  • Scannable sections and FAQ blocks designed to appear in AI results.
  • Clinically accurate, detailed content that answers expert-level questions.
  • Technical depth strengthens visibility in AI search engines, which cite well-structured
    medical sources.
  • Relevant medical/healthcare mentions and links.
  • Expansion of topical authority around core services.
  • Authority signals that also help AI search engines treat Newmedix as a trusted medical reference.
  • Consistent medical terminology across languages.
  • Structured content for accurate AI summaries and citations.
  • Coverage of long-tail conversational queries users ask in AI tools.

Before and after Kala

Multilingual medical SEO visibility
BEFORE

Newmedix had strong services and a clear healthcare offering, but visibility depended mainly on branded searches.

Many high-intent medical queries were not being captured consistently, and the multilingual structure was not yet fully aligned with intent separation.

We built a medical SEO ecosystem in NL and EN that started ranking for high-intent, non-branded medical searches in both markets. Today, visibility continues to expand in AI search engines like Gemini and ChatGPT as well.

Organic traffic
BEFORE

Organic traffic growth was limited and uneven, with no clear momentum by search engine and little presence beyond traditional search patterns.

Medical SEO became a real growth engine, with +117% total organic traffic, strong increases on Google (+54%) and Bing (+35%), and presence in AI search engines that previously did not contribute.

Conversions
BEFORE

Despite a strong offering, Newmedix had few organic conversions from medical SEO.

In four months, Newmedix reached 58 organic conversions. Lead volume grew so much that they had to pause paid ads. November 2025 is on track for a new record.
